I don't use windows much anymore, but after I installed win10 literally any keygen I used from anywhere no matter how old or new windows defender would quarantine and claim its a virus, drove me nuts...I run them through a wrapper in Mac OS now so I doubt there's much I need to worry about.

Yeah, i used this software "Capa" to check on a keygen downloaded from the Sister Site. The results of the strings were identical to the guy's video. But he said a lot of stupid things as well. As soon as you close the keygen, that .exe file on "appdata" will disappear. So per say: it doesn't stays in your background running anything. If there's no keygen running there will be no "keygen.exe" on appdata. The file is deleted as soon as you close the keygen.

And quite honestly for the results of the strings it seems more like R2R trying to defend themselves from scammers than trying to harm a common user. C'mon man, it's R2R. I trust em blindfold. Of course i got scared with the video. But analyzing the behaviour by myself and the jargons on the guy's video, it seems like 100% clickbait and lazy assumptions from the strings to put fear on the regular users.

Spoiler: A little secret

Google and Meta constantly acess your geolocation, keylogs you, and uses your camera and microphone. No one cries and no one says shit about that. Much worse pratices than any of the strings from the keygens.

Check these two timestamps:
3:09 and look at these redlined Bluetooth-Services.... the Keygen and dll was not! activated.
Then look at 8:20 the same redlined Services are now! ( for him) new!
Thats a lie!

Ableton.Live.12.Suite.v12.1.10.Incl.Keygen-R2R is where he gets these files from...

his file is modified the day of the video, this means it came not from R2R release archives and was downloaded alone or modified by him

 

This pure crab guys. I'm probably the oldest user here on the forum and probably the longest user of hacked software including R2R stuff. I have never had ANY problems with ANY software posted here on this forum. If R2R had even tried to hack my PC or steal login codes or passwords, it would have happened long ago. I absolutely trust the R2R team and thanking them for all those years they are contributing marvolous software to this forum, and if people like this vid guy want to add fuel to the fire, they definitely should not do this because otherwise the R2R charity will be over!!
