Download whole Spotify as MP3

    Any software out there that downloads your whole Spotify library as MP3s?
    Even better if it sorts all the artists and albums.

    No, there isn't any software that download from Spotify any more.

    There is software that saves songs on spotify to your computer by recording them.
    &
    There is software that downloads songs from other places, mostly youtube, and adds the id tags from spotify.

    Both will need you to do it playlist at a time but on the plus side all the programs can sort the files by artist & album.

    There is no legal software that can download your entire Spotify library as MP3s due to Spotify's terms of service. However, you can use tools like Audacity or AllToMP3 to record and convert Spotify music to MP3, but it requires playing the music and isn’t fully automated. These tools don’t automatically organize albums and artists, so manual sorting would be needed.

    "whole Spotify library" = 100'000'000 songs, ~30 sec download each = around 6 years of h/24 download time ... :woot:

    Practical solution (not legal)
    Select the track that you wanna rip.
    Use Any Recorder Software, and record the track while playing.
    You can use any VST plugin to enhance the quality.

    not talking about the storage you would need.

    i heard, that one guy downloaded 20TB in mp3@320 from deezer back in the days. not sure how many percent of deezer this was. (was in 2017)

    Not not legal. Recording while playing for private use is totally legal. Distributing that recording is illegal.

    You can download your Spotify playlist from soul seek. There are really good scripts for that. Search the web and ya shall find

    this will take a even longer.

    We need something like Deezloader, where you could plugin huge playlists.
    My longest playlist with 4000 songs and it batch downloaded time super quick to disk mp3@320.

    since then its more difficult to download big playlists.
