What gear did you end up ordering?

 

I ordered 2 of the ST552 Tape Emulators. I’d watched a bunch of shootouts with them against other similar stuff and I just really liked the way it sounded on all the sources and the dexterity of it

 

Nice, I've heard those tape emulation strips are great. The CS566 strips I have saturated very nicely with the SSL drive, but having more flexibility and control over saturation with the tape strips will be great.

 

He’s gone quiet again. Website down and emails undelivered returned to sender. So who knows if I’ll actually get the order? It’s been 6 weeks now.

I don’t know the address. It’s a Polish company. Bart Hrk is all I know it to be.

It looks like the company is bankrupt, insolvent, or has ceased to exist.

If you've already transferred money, you can of course go to the police and file a fraud report. When you go to the police, take your bank statement, email references and other information such as dead links and other addresses.

Be smart next time and don't order in advance, and don't transfer any money until the goods have arrived.
