I really don't know The upgrade price did show €19 for me too, and when I added to cart it was €16. Used the code and got it for €6.
Maybe it's the VAT or based on a country you're from?

 

What code? Did they have a coupon on their site? Cause if that’s what is helping with upgrading then they’d have to have one for the next shaper addition and so on

 

There should be a coupon in your Cableguys account if you’re eligible for it. This code was an apology to everyone who has attempted to get PanCake during the launch but couldn’t. So not everyone has this coupon. Normal upgrade price is 19 whatever coins you usually use.

 

I had one €10 discount coupon in my account which was issued few months ago as an "apology" for delayed license deliveries.It was applied atomatically when I checked out.
It was one-time discount coupon
