Hey guys, haven't been able to find these warez in 64 bit, and I believe jbridge doesn't support them as they do not appear in my bridged vst plugins folder in live. Any ideas or am I shot out of luck. Thanks guys

It's rather strange because if you have a recent Version of 'Zebra2' (either the v2.6, or the more recent v2.7), the Installer must to recognize that you're running a 64bit/x64 OS and install it. Or at least, you must to have the choice via the 'Setup.exe' to choose which of both Versions (32bit or 64bit) you want to install... *yes*

For finding a recent Version of 'Zebra2', simply check this Brother's Site --> 'www.audioz.eu' and you'll find your happiness...

On Mac the U-he Full Bundle 2013 DOA works for sure.

And the U-HE rev.2242 updates pack released yesterday seems ok too (it's a good guy who reversed it, he never get wrong).
Licenses included can be used for win too.

The real problem is this:





To be sure you have to edit the host file, in the past if I remember well it came out that
u-he home calls can slip past LittleSnitch block too, like Adobe CS for example.

In the U-HE rev.2242 updates pack you find the instruction on how to block host and which IPs to add.

 

Thanks a lot, win 7/64 here, but there are different opinions about timebombing and its way to activate; some peolple say that it activates without phone calls, its a question of time and pluging use frequency, no need to host block patching or daw firewalling.

Zebra is a great synth but too expensive for me, on the other hand I don't wont to loose my time cleaning timebombing installations

Here we help, but you do not make you homework...
Time bomb only occurs if you have an internet thats not blocked, so you must use a program like little snitch to block the software call home and not appear a timebomb.
Study before ask!

 

I recently had my diva revert back to demo mode I am assuming because of this call home or time bombing issue... I would not post here if I hadn't already spent hours upon hours looking for an answer/experimenting to no avail. So far (i have now blocked the ips but... no matter what I do or delete...as soon as I install 1.1 it doesn't ask me for a key or anything it just already knows that I have what key # then no matter what I do when I update to 1.3.1 it automatically reverts to demo mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I normally use sylenth and synth master with the occasional massive and a horde of analog gear but I am working on a project and this guy did 70% of this song in diva... and no stems just the project file. I really would appreciate if someone can help.

 

Same here . After 2 months Ace, Diva 1.31 , and Zebra 2.70 revert back to demo mode , even was blocked by windows firewall . The only solution right now is reinstalling windows , but is not convenient to do this every 2 or 3 months . Solutions ?

 

Mmm, be sure to have a look at register (Command line - regedit ) and clean all u-he related.
I dunno exactly where on windows U-He store preferences
but I know for sure they can be reverted to pre install state and just reinstall
without having to reinstall OS
On Mac is possible. Every change a plug-in or app do on system
can be reverted if you know where it is.

Mmmh, sincerely I don't remember now, but it was matter of deleting .plists and hidden files in preferences and home folder
if my memory doesn't trick me. It's been long time ago, cause I don't use u-he stuff anymore,
Diva is really good, but I'm happy with my usual synths. I tried to search for the procedure
but I can't find it, I'm sure it was posted, but maybe 1-2 years ago.

You can try to get fseventer, and with it check every single files that is created/modified by U-He stuff
during install AND during plug-in instantiation and use.
Then delete whatever it created, and modify system files it may have changed (BE CAREFUL if you don't know what u're touching!).
Tomorrow I'll have a deeper look and see if I find the procedure to clean all traces.
That procedure used to work with U-He plugs a couple years ago,
BTW I have to say I fear U-He is screwing on system files really deep now (or even on external devices),
as there are recent report of timebombs sticking even after an HDD format / OS reinstall
I'm in doubt and I hope it maybe user fault, but what can be done wrong in formatting and reinstalling?

 

any help would be greatly appreciated... I am also a big fan of the SOUND of diva...(and ace for that matter) for some reason I never really cared for zebra...to me just sounded like a cheap rompler. But, the reason I never bought it is because of the cpu load being ridiculous. I have a sub phatty, bass station2, minitaur *which I LOVE after the latest update an oberheim matrix 1000 and a micro brute. If I really require analog I will not be looking towards diva or ace as some of the presets I used to use ate up 30% of my cpu in my daw on a i7 2.6 which is workflow killer for me since I unfortunately have a bad habit of mixing while I compose tracks. I bought komplete 8, sylenth and synth master and they serve all of my needs with low cpu load. Anyway I have a russian dj duo hiring me to basically remix and master 3-4 songs that are diva heavy and I don't want to lose out on some dough because I can't get this to work. If i can't find a workaround in a few days I will just find someone to help me bounce the tracks. Anyway thanks so much for your help!!! Greatly appreciated.

 

The same has happened to me fellas! I had to reinstall everything u he. Zebra running at 2.5.4 and ace at 1.1 I believe and I forget what version I have diva running at but I believe it's the same as what someone already stayed! If anyone figures out how to get back to the current versions I'd greatly appreciate some info. Thanks

 

Our software doesn't phone home. So, no need to block anything. It also does not write into the registry. Reinstalling does not help either.

Nevertheless, the least tedious and most reliable way to use our stuff is to simply buy it *yes*
