By the way, I had something like this. But in my opinion, if I'm not mistaken, I scanned through another daw and everything worked.

Hi, maybe it's a verification issue, if it's checked, try to uncheck "verify plugins"

    Do you mean waves plugins?
Generally running waves central and having waves processes non firewall blocked can help. Normally the delay is the authentication process. If your waves plugins were already verified and show up in your plugin manager then delays on loading deal with waves ability to authenticate the plugins. Its fairly normal for it to load waveshell first that I think is the black box that the plugin loads into, then load the plugin itself. Waves is very easy to mess up especially if updating to a new version. Waves plugins are fairly picky, not the pickiest but if they aren't loading reinstalling them might be the fastest way to fix it if you don't know what is wrong. Just bear in mind if windows itself was updated there is a change it is recognizing as a new system, unauthorizing and reauthorizing may also fix it, if you can't unauthorize and reauthorize then you may need to reinstall. Order I would check ideally it is fixed early 1. Firewall settings make sure nothing waves related is blocked, waves does random internet connections so it is easy to get it in a block list if you aren't paying attention to what you are blocking that popped up as new traffic. 2. Reverify plugins / reverify previously detected plugins. 3. unauthorize/reauthorize in waves central 4. reinstall in waves central (if not prepare an offline install - waves limits the number of systems install without direct permission to 1 per year ). If it isn't fixed at that point it is likely a waves tech support issue - waves does depend on other processes and services, they arn't super picky but they have some weird ones for some things like windows time server running as well as a few other processes.
