I've been using the portable version of KONTAKT, I can't even remember since when, so I don't know much about the other releases.
First of all, you don't need any .nicnt file.
Secondly, just make your own wallpapers for an image that is relevant to your bank (png format).
Make sure the dimensions are 300 x 98 pixels.
Name it "wallpaper.png".
Put it in the root directory of the bank.
Run KTP Library Manager.
Click "ADD".
Open the folder where the library is located.
Click "Add selected folder".
That's it!
