The transfer is done within the Avid portal by filling out a form for both the current owner and the buyer. They also ask for the buyer's iLok account. Then, you need to deactivate Pro Tools from your iLok so that Avid can handle the transfer.

 

Look I just want it to be least hassle as possible. That's why the price. To transfer a Pro Tools perpetual license, the original owner must submit a Avid Transfer of Ownership (TOO) form and pay a support case fee, which was cited as around $39.95 I heard it can took some people up to months to successfully transfer a license. I bought from a reseller not through avid so the hassle will be more complicated. I'm willing to put myself in disadvantage by giving you my account info and let you change the password. What more do you want ?
