Hello @mrpsanter, first of all congratulations on your new work!

The drums and the Solo guitar could be a bit louder.
The song is otherwise very interesting and exciting to listen to. The lead guitar has a nice stereo field.

@mrpsanter luv me a bit of wurli ! Nice jazzy chords and vibe. Cool little vocal drop. The lead guitar good does sound good but a little far back at times during the track imho. Nice work though ! Enjoyed listening

 

Good work! Like the vibe a lot!. I think you can make it a lot more cohesive just by lowering the volume of the chords (so the guitar and the drums will be at par) and then parallel glue compress/saturate everthing to taste before the limiter.

I'd give some stereo field to the drums and that wah-wah guitar. I think the master needs some compression.

I actually thought that the guitar was too loud and dominant and I intentionally smooth it down. Guess I was wrong maybe.

I think @capitan crunch meant it sounds as if it was taken from old movies ost's, and I think that's right, it takes me back to old 60's and 70's movies' music. And there's nothing wrong with that. I think you did a great job. Keep on it!

 

you can find some great films on rutracker. your track seems inspired by that music

At first, not really but afterwards I decided to leave it as it is
