    something about boss's big jog wheels are something they need to bring back to modern drum machines

    that said , the behringer LM drum( i just got) , roland tr6s ,8s (my friend has) should do for people who dont have GAS

    Guys at Roland made a big mistake in the name of this new machine.

    TR-505, TR-606, TR-707, TR-808, TR-909 And now TR-1000 ?? Seriously ??!

    It's MUST be called TR-1010... 1000 is disturbing, it's not logic, i'm confused.

    Yes probably.
    But consider that even the brand new MPC Live 3 cost around $1,000 less than this TR1000.

    I think it's great if you're serious about buying a hands on performance orientated master hardware rhythm machine for your studio, and you really, really, really want those classic Roland analog drums too.

    Back in my EDM days I would have jumped on this thing. Today I would not buy it. I have no need for it.

    Also, imo it looks pretty cool.

    and its far from intuitive not really for a drum machine as I said before

    I'd expect a lot of "unboxing videos" from Youtube people ^ with this unit popping up online, for certain. Like those flopped $4k Apple Vision VR headset. They buy something to unbox it on video. Post the video. Then rush the unit back to return it, because they couldn't afford it or get the manufacturer to send them one to review.
