    Yamaha DX-7 for free.

In no more than 20 words PM me please on why you want this keyboard. Its boxed in a flight case, ready to go. Both flight case and DX-7 have been extensively gigged, so don't expect mint. DX-7 worked last time I used it, but that was over 15 years ago. Likely needs a new battery. Buttons all work, but case plastic end face places damaged on one side, I'll not lie, it needs a bit of TLC, hence free, but its just been sitting in my garage and I'm having a clear out.

Must be able to pay shipping, or collect, from North of Scotland... and its very heavy.

    The weight of the Yamaha - DX 7 is 14.2 kg (H x W x D): 103 x 1020 x 330 mm.

Some places still require you to declare the actual value of the goods, so they can slap some extra taxes on top even if it's a gift. I hope you find someone who's willing to get it directly from your hands, that would be the best case. I hope it finds a good home!

I need your broken DX-7 to prove to the state psychiatrist that I'm actually insane to collect extra pension money!

    No less,

I still remember taking my Jupiter-4 and PPG 2.3 to gigs... that was some really hard labour. But I was in great shape, thankfully.
Having said that, all keyboards of that time, but especially all analogue ones were quite heavy, except DX-21, CZ-101, Alpha Juno, Korg 707...
and tiny gems like Roland MT-32.

Once helped a friend lug his keyboards into his new rehearsal space - up some impossibly steep and narrow stairs! The Oberheim was a killer. Think it was an OBXa but can't be sure. I made sure I wasn't available when he needed to lug them all back down again.
