I find weird that a company openly (and certainly illegally) defends people guilty of something like that. Could be some kind of an attack, by some blackmailing group maybe.

KatFile has been one of the most popular file hosters in the whole world for years.
Nobody here owns it. Don't put a count-down manipulative (indirect) accusation so randomly.

I'm wondering now, is this related to users who are complaining about it, all using Ublock? I looked into the extension for Opera and see a note: "This extension may soon no longer be supported" and it suggests finding a replacement for it. On the Opera extensions reviews, there are now a bunch of new posts from users of totally different sites saying those sites are now detecting Ublock, from within the last few days. Who knows...

Either way, I just will not download anything from Katfile. That is easy enough.

Fair enough, could be the former Radio, he was more the straight insult type. At least in the open, you have no idea what Foster has done sometimes in meltdown mode.
But I digress. What I meant is that such a random, crazy, Hail Mary attempt to provoke me is unlikely to come from a recent user. That doesn't mean is impossible.
Just an educated guess.

 

dunno if it still exist , there was a ublock tandem app/addon called nanoblocker which did take care of that .
