Hello, I have downloaded, extracted all files and copied logic pro x file into application folder but still the software not starting after double clicking. am i need to do anything more. I am already running logic pro on my mac

Man, it's written in the title:
Logic not starting 10.0.7
But this number looks strange to me.

 

that's because that's the latest version of logic x and NOT the osx version.

fyi logic x will only run on mountain lion +

 

Hello, I have Mavericks installed on my Mac and I have not downloaded and installed ProAudioCoreContent10.pkg as you mentioned. Do I need to install it for mavericks? And is it the issue of OS X bcos I have upgraded my os to Mevericks few days before but all my Audio softwares, soft synths are working fine on it.

do the original work on mavericks? Any idea, any earlier version will work with mavericks.

 

The point is just that, you need to install that proaudiocontent crap.
It won't even start without, and it will ask to download it every time.
Connect you Mac to internet if it isn't, let Logic DL and install that stuff
and you should be ok.

 

2 things drag logic onto repair permiision app or ! also there was a couple versions of Logic posted that were no good they wouldn't open, so could be 1 of them
! try downloading another from else where could be corrupt
