I use a lot of torrent sites and some direct download ones to find all my shit
I can't tell you anyone that is safe, because no one is.
But,

has a little bit of everything.
Descriptions are not so detailed as I would like.
I think It is easy to find what you want there.
Never had a problem with windows or android apps.
I use it everyday

Using a debrid service to download any files from a torrent tracker site is probably the "safest" option you will find; but you still need to worry about the content of the files. That part comes down to your malware scanner. There is no way around that without scanning everything you download; just like anywhere else.

You get the torrrent file or magnet link, input that to the debrid service, and it goes and fetches the files from anyone seeding the torrent file content. Then you are just downloading it from there, like any other website. It tends to also be much faster, and you do not upload anything back during the process. Unless you want to.
