Hello audio friends,
during these late summer days, I've been testing the AlterEgo plugin on Mac Intel Monterey.

I haven't been able to find the old free NATA library for AlterEgo Plogue.
I see a lot of people have downloaded it, so can someone please upload it?

If you have other libraries, I'd be happy to test them... (A PM with the link would be appreciated).

It turned into freeware on their Bandcamp site. You get the links in a text file emailed to you but the NATA links for pc and Mac are both dead.
You can get the R2R release on sister site, but you need the keygen from the Aria Engine release for it.

 

Plogue officially discontinued NATA and removed it from their downloads a few years ago.

The old free version is still around and I'm trying that one.
Does anyone remember how to activate it?

It seems there was a small .zip file in that version... and I'm missing it.

 

I never used it. But here are some tips posted by others, the last one seems to conflict with the others but maybe it is more obvious when you are trying to do it. The link for the second file is dead and their website domain is showing it is for sale. Make of these old notes what you can.


you need to run the keygen from the ARIA Engine release.
click on the "product name" drop down menu and at the bottom of the list select "vocalective records NATA"
finish auth from keygen
then run Alter Ego in Standalone (don't think it works from inside the DAW)
then drag the license file from inside the NATA folder onto the GUI
don't drag the generated .png file as that won't work.

you have to drag the png onto the VST inside the daw itself.

 

Can't hook you up, but you need to drop the PNG image WIN_NATA_License.png onto the plugin, it contains the license.

 

Indeed... unfortunately, that's precisely the image that's missing and we're looking for it... can someone upload it?

 

In which Alter Ego R2R version, full name please, is the NATA?

 

Yes... I'm also trying other libraries on Mac but none work except 'Bones'.

I tried to drag theirs .bank.xml files onto the AlterEgo GUI but it's not working.

When you use ARIA Engine by R2R, you cannot use offical package due to the signature protection scheme. See another AlterEgo release to see how to install.

0.You need to activate AlterEgo first!
1.Generate SoundBank license with our keygen.
2.Drug & Drop the license to AlterEgo GUI.
AlterEgo says "This card doesnt belong to any installed product", but it's ok
3.Then follow the README.TXT of the SoundBank.
4.Enjoy!
