Well exactly, you could go to any church in the country practically and throw a rock and hit somebody with three times the talent and looks of Taylor, both, which just goes to show that's really not what it's about.

 

The target audience for pop stars is the public. They don't perform for other artists. Pop stars know that their goal is not music, their goal is to be around people so that people can see them and hear their voices. No pop star has ever been able to please other artists, and Taylor is no exception. Maybe things were different in the past and pop artists were very knowledgeable about music, but today's pop artists have nothing musically to offer other artists. Like a land that was once a lush forest and is now dry and cannot be easily restored. Some realities must be accepted. The glorious music of past decades has disappeared and cannot be recovered or replicated. If we don't accept this, we will constantly make futile attempts to revive it, and the only result will be an accumulation of mental and physical fatigue.

Most of us schlubs on planet earth have a job where payment comes from a single entity. A famous sports athlete, actor, music artist, or creator of something lots of people use, they have revenue coming at them from everywhere. It adds up, lol.

 

i have a very interesting story to share that goes back all the way to 2014

in 2014, when taylor released her new album 1989 produced by max martin and shellback mostly i remember how it leaked a week before release. i could not with stand and had to Download it as mp3 album.. i listened to each song carefully and it blew me away. it was amazing
every song had a great chorus, great production.. now.. i had the chance to chat with taylor swift in 2014.. you know what she did? she invited fans to her home and made it possible for them to listen to the new album together. but the fans were not allowed to share any story about what they heard. anyway what i want to talk about is my impression taylor swift left on me. i talked with her for about 3 months around october november and december we sent each other messages (i dont want to tell WHERE we did online).

my impression is she was a bit reserved, kind personality. she even wanted me to start a youtube channel where i would upload taylor swift releated content.. nevermind.. she was very obsessed with the number 13.. i hear rumours she likes that number because she was born in 13 december. now because this conversations were about 11 years i really dont recall exactly what we discuess and talked about

as i said.. she was very reserved, kind, mysterious.. i will forever be grateful for this chance to speak to her personally. this just shows that she interacts with fans.. things have changed now.. i do not have any connection to her and dont know what she is into..

I really don't have an opinion of her because I haven't followed her career or public persona. But nowadays big celebrities in general can't afford to interact much with fans.

I saw this because this came up on the sister site. I blocked her name on X.com, but pictures of her or screenshots of tweets with her name in them still appear in my feed, as did a headline about the release of her latest album. I suppose that she plays guitar well enough to hold her own in a solo set, if she ever has. She either doesn't write her own songs or she has ghost-writers, which is more the rule than the exception in the upper levels of the music industry. She is not an exceptional singer, though she carries the material well. She can't really dance: on stage, she moves between poses, or she does something awkwardly kinetic, sticking her tongue out the side of her mouth, with a goofy expression on her face. With makeup on her face is quite alluring, but without, she's ordinary-looking. Her "relationship" with the 'roid-raging football guy is most likely bogus and for publicity; she was assiduously rumored to be a lesbian even before her "BFF" thing with that supermodel. She comes from a wealthy, well-connected family in Connecticut. In her teen years, she was writing songs and also modeling, and there was already news coverage of her, which might lead one to surmise that she'd been groomed for her role in popular culture, which consists of more than contributing to the canon of pop songs, as she wields a great degree of influence over her female fans as they age along with her career. The satanic themes in her videos and stage presentation, along with some Masonic symbolism (one of her videos being shot inside a Lodge) are probably sincere; she is likely not a Christian, as she claims. Everything she does is calculated to advance her influence and wealth.

 

For what they charge for tickets for such "music concerts", something besides her music better happen.
