Like, Looperman ? They do not accept new loopmakers for who knows like 5 years, it has to be full to the brim.

Uhhh I typed "loops" into the search function on sister site then selected "loops" in advanced search options. Over 300 results, where it maxes out at.

Maybe he means loop libraries people have actually used and find useful to avoid going through hundreds of ones filled to the brim with junk. (which is most of them)

Yeah having to go through bad kits just to pick out the handful of good loops sucks

This is like a digital scrapeyard, "where´s all the aluminium, why nobody is throwing it away so i can sell it?"

Usually a good loop mostly means someone had to put some time and sweat into it, it would be logical for a good ones not to grow on trees. It is like whining why you cant have a snare sounding perfect like DJ Swivel while dude is barely sleeping and mixing the snare for 5 weeks. Even here there´s a hierarchy, wierdly unseen, transformed into frustration.

I mean i´ve sweated over a sample pack to get barely over 1k downloads, i see both sides. Everything is like a field and we need to work the field and wait for it to grow, otherwise going into other´s fields(full to the brim) over and over makes us forget what stealing is no matter how good the endorphine feels. (Like every junky type thing).

You can make loops on Suno and get multiple stems easy.

Either input chords or hum a melody of what you want and prompt it for pop.

I'd personally use Splice. Because you can pick what you like and if want to use Suno you can feed the Splice loop on the prompt. But first of all, Splice.

What exactly is Suno spitting out then? it all seems extremely random to me. And doesnt Suno have fees attached? Not that I am actively seeking it out, but I have yet to hear anything AI generated that was impressive, at all, in fact. The times I have tried these various Ai sites and plug-ins using random Ai gens, it all sounds like that generic 2015 slap house commercial crap. Nothing with groove, soul, funk, originality etc., all the things house and breaks are built upon.

Anyway the guy is asking about sample pack loops, which is also very weird to me. How the hell will anyone here know what you like or whats inside you head. Go listen to some demos and buy what you like? If you cant find anything then maybe stop being so lazy and make your own?

It's a lot more productive to not audition them listening for ones you want to use. They can be really helpful when you add them to something instead, because the samples can be dealt with as elements and layers to mangle anyway. Listening to them standalone is not as important, because they are more like long wavetables, rather than straight out-of-the-can presets. They become random and generative, almost; and then you can always delete them later. Leaving stuff out there playing by itself is a good way for it to be easily id'ed, but it also just sounds lazy. Even though you put all the time in to audition them. You just need a ton of samples to do it.

Sample Magic -- before Splice, most anything breaks, jungle, house, or discotheque.

That Sound -- for heavily treated acoustic kits and percussion. Just loops. Their map presets for the multis are so godawful inconsistent I thought about remapping the entire library to an outlined and defined standard. I then thought of the zero dollars I'd earn for what the money earner should've been doing 10 years go and deleted them all instead. Loops are still solid.

    Zero-G -- for 90s thru aughts Jungle/DnB/Break/Reggae/Dub, yadda yadda

F9 -- Discotheque libraries (ie, modern pop 4/4)

Libraries with 'Funk' in title that are solely drum focused will often have an excellent range of straight and swing 4/4, 3/4. If the 'Discotheque' libraries aren't offering a complexity you might want, check the 'Funk' ones. Look through AMG's catalog and or ones with Neal Conti or Kieth LeBlanc to start.

Skip by Default (in general, but particularly drums) -- All products that contain 'construction kits'. Any maker who sells 'limited copies' or 'normally a $2500 value for just $15!'

I've also added "anything that contains the term or a variation of 'Meticulous' or 'hand-prepared'" in its marketing blurb to my personal 'fuck off' list for products.

The Oliver Power Tools packs are (maybe too) well-known for being good samples for pop. And the well known but difficult to find one.

This OP is so non-descriptive you could suggest nearly anything.

Love this one. But my favorite allrounder best seller is KSHMR series. If you're smart you can produce almost every genre of music just with the sounds of those packs.

I'd go with Oliver and KSHMR
