Is there a VST plugin modeled after this hardware synth? If not, maybe a Kontakt/sample based version or maybe Omnisphere or similar type of patch pack? I have searched and cant find anything

 

Trillian has several patches of it, therefore Omnisphere, and of very good quality.

what ATC-1 model filter are you after, it has four flavors
You should understand that most likely soft synths you already have are capable in mimicking the patch, ATC-1 is a simple subtractive synth

 

Moog Style synth with 4 different Filter Cards..
Sounds good but also think can emulate today with Diva or whatever
