Reduction of the Keyscape Library for Omnisphere?

    I have been running a bit out of space on my external SSD.

    Is it possible to delete presets and sample from the Keyscape Library in a good way. Would like to keep only Yamaha C7 presets.

    Anyone tried?

    Delete Keyyscape and use this one or buy a new HDD:

    I was thinking the same a few days ago. I, too, want only the C7. I am currently using the Kontakt Keyscape port. It sounds really good.

    i dont think that you can delete single Instruments

    The best shot would be,
    when installing Keyscape, the installer will prompt you to select one of two available installation types for the instrument: Full or Lite.

    The Full installation includes the complete collection of Keyscape keyboard models and uses a total of about 80GB of drive space on Mac, and about 75GB on Windows.

    The Lite installation uses a total of about 29GB of drive space on Mac, about 27GB on Windows, and installs a smaller selection of essential instruments, mostly catered to live performance. There is no difference in quality or samples loaded between installation types.

    The Lite installation simply installs fewer keyboards

    Included with the Lite installation are the following keyboards:

    • Hohner Clavinet C
    • JD-800 Crystal Rhodes
    • LA Custom C7 Grand Piano
    • MK-80 Contemporary Rhodes
    • MKS-20 E Piano
    • MKS-20 Electric Grand
    • MKS-20 Vibes
    • Rhodes - Classic Mark I
    • Rhodes - LA Custom “E”
    • Wurlitzer 140B

    It depends if Spectrasonics made monolith sample files, like they did for omnisphere for example.

    If they dont, one could go and delete all the other sample files, clean the presets and stick with the C7 only.

    Which C7 Port are you talking about @Thotu ?

    It is available on the Russian tracker. Search- "Keyscape kontakt" (It is 8.3 GB in size for all the pianos). You can download only the C7, which is around 1GB in size.

    I know, but the only safe method to manage space is to install the full library on an external or larger drive.
    How much space do you have left on your hard drive?
    You can compress other files that you don't need with WinRar to free up storage space.

    Okay Looks like the C7 soundsource is one file alone:

    LA Custom C7 Grand.db and db2 - 15GB.

    and then i have to clean the presets.
