The end shows some width and it works to me

Nice track @Lois Lane again a great work on lyrics and voice.
I found myself stupid at the end, waiting for some more music to come!

Anyway, I am sorry I still haven't post any entry, I have been busy but to be honest it is mainly due to a lack of inspiration...
I have hard time to try to find something that works for me but couldn't find a way.
For now I have about 1mn and half of unsatisfying music. Will try to do something till the end of the week but not sure I will be able to.
Frustrating, I thought about nice things at start but couldn't put this in the real world...

 

I deliberately ended the song on what might be called the IV in a feeling of feigned limbo to hopefully try to help the listener solidify in their imagination of what might be those milliseconds where there is a quietude, that stillness before the result of an action is fulfilled by entropy...in this case a misstep while balancing or in the greater context of my song, weighing those mistakes which we might, if we had the chance, to correct in order to afford other outcomes...time travel and the simultaneous creation to other planes of existence with new consciously desired outcomes.

Hi dear fellows, since I have a cold since a few days and am a bit tired, I got some time to finish my piece.
Not the idea I had at first, but this was definitly hard to put it in music.
I fully rewrote a part and this may looks more as a patchwork than a structured work.

This is the walker POV.
The music start is about what he has in mind just before the first step on the line, measuring the danger.
Then with some courage, the walk starts and goes for a moment.
A a time, some object fall or maybe he falls? Still, it continues.

i know you said you were struggling at first @yodadl but this idea turned out great imo, has an elegance that i think matches the subject matter well. it also translates multiple moods without the need for maximalism in instrumentation or overly complex structures; which actually shows skill in your ability to arrange. i especially liked the piano

you may have struggled at first but this is my favorite entry of yours so far

Piano is my instrument, when I don"t really know what to do I use it more, especially for speed writing like the end of the piece

 

@yodadl .. I like your short piece very much...the melodic theme and orchestration, of course your piano playing and my ears enjoyed the pro mix.
