First thing first, restart in "safe mode".
After that, download both soft up posts and scan.

It didn't find anything on my Win7 besides cracks from a sister site...and that's not everything - I deleted it, but its footprints left i a register...
if I tried to delete them, the message appeared kinda: no access/not allowed etc... I wrote them to the support and, but this is another story...
PS. Still I know: some shit is in my PC and slows it down

@aleksalt, you should always compress files from the sister site with WinRar.

Download the free CCleaner and then look in the startup folder to see what's there. You can also disable startup programs there.

Repair Windows with sfc / scannow

In some cases, Windows system files are damaged or not installed correctly. Therefore errors occur when calling such components. In such cases, a specific Windows repair can help. Please proceed as follows to repair Windows:

Open a command prompt: Windows key on the keyboard, then immediately type “cmd.exe”. A hit list now appears showing “Command Prompt” or “cmd.exe” - depending on the Windows version. Right-click this hit and select “Run as administrator” from the context menu.
(Note: You can copy the following command line to the clipboard. Right-click and then “Paste” you can then paste it into the console instead of typing it.)

You are now in a DOS window. Enter the command here
    sfc / scannow

What are the symptoms of a computer malware infection?

Every device is different, whether in terms of hardware, software, operating system, age, or connectivity. This means there are no typical symptoms that could indicate that a device is infected.
So, if you think your device is infected, here are some things to look out for:

    Slow performance
Many cases of malware can cause devices to slow down and routine operations to take longer; this is especially true for older devices, which are already inherently slower.

    Unrecognized applications
Some computer malware places applications on a device without the user's knowledge. If you see an application that you don't remember requesting or downloading, it could indicate malicious activity. In these cases, it's best to uninstall the application and then run a full virus scan.

    Irregular device behavior
If the device is doing unusual or unexpected things, this could be a sign that a virus is affecting its operation. These include pop-ups and advertisements in unusual places, application crashes, and operating system crashes and reboots.

    Overheating
As viruses proliferate and gradually overload a device's processors, the device may become much hotter than normal. Whether the cause is a virus or not, it's always worth investigating overheating with virus scans and diagnostic tools for operational efficiency and security reasons.

    Noisy Hard Drive or Fan
As previously mentioned, excessive fan running in a PC, Mac, or laptop, or additional whirring noises from the hard drive, may indicate that a virus is overloading the device with additional activity that it can't handle.

    Changed Files and Settings
Viruses can cause files to be moved to different locations, corrupt them, or even delete them entirely. As with any unexpected application, this type of unusual activity may indicate that malicious actors have gained access to the system via a virus.

    Fictitious Virus Warnings
Many viruses act as a double bluff by generating pop-ups and ads that suggest you need to download a device to protect yourself from a virus. However, this link ultimately downloads the virus itself. Therefore, rely solely on the warnings and messages from your trusted anti-virus provider and only use your installed platform instead of clicking directly on the warning links.

In addition to these symptoms, keep in mind that some of them may not indicate a virus per se, but other malicious activity such as spyware. For this reason, a comprehensive antivirus and security scan should always be your first port of call.
Also, keep in mind that many viruses do not cause symptoms in humans and can only be diagnosed by a doctor. The same principle applies to computer malware: In some cases, a virus scan or other security measures are necessary to uncover the existence and effects of a virus.
How to Remove a Virus from a Laptop or PC

If you believe your Windows PC or laptop is infected with computer malware, we recommend following these steps to neutralize and remove the malware:

    1. Install an Antivirus Solution
Make sure you have downloaded and installed a good, reputable antivirus solution if you haven't already.

Step 1: Disconnect from the Internet
Temporarily disconnecting your internet connection can help eliminate the risk of a virus spreading further over the internet.

    3. Restart your computer in Safe Mode.
To do this, select "Restart." When the computer restarts, press F8 and select "Safe Mode with Networking" (make sure your internet connection remains disabled).
    Step 4: Delete Temporary Files
Use your Disk Cleanup tool under "Temporary Files" to free up space by deleting unnecessary files.
    5. Run a virus scan
Run a full virus scan with your chosen antivirus provider.
    6. Delete/Quarantine any viruses found
Once the scan is complete, your antivirus tool will give you the option to delete or quarantine the virus and all affected files.
    7. Rescan and Reboot

Run another virus scan to confirm that the affected files have been resolved, then restart your computer as usual (i.e., not in "Safe Mode").
As part of your ongoing protection and to ensure that the breach has no lasting effects, you should change all your passwords once the process described above is complete. This ensures that any passwords compromised during the virus infection can no longer be used by attackers. For the same reason, it's also worth considering updating software, browsers, and even your operating system at this time to prevent any vulnerabilities in older code from being exploited.
If you're using Windows 7 in 2025, here’s what you need to know about free antivirus options that still work and offer decent protection today:

️ What Still Works on Windows 7?
Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) / Windows Defender engine
    • MSE is the free antivirus Microsoft offered for Windows 7 and Vista, now powered by Microsoft Defender engine.

    • Although it has not received feature updates since about 2016, malware signatures are still updated—definition files remain available daily as of early 2025 Tom's Guide+15Wikipedia+15Reddit+15Wikipedia.

    • However, Reddit users report that updates are sometimes delayed, and there are signs of aging reliability. It’s still lightweight and integrated, but not the most robust option RedditReddit.
✅ Top Free Antivirus Programs Compatible with Windows 7
    1. Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition
    • Recognized for excellent detection rates, minimal system impact, and fast scans Tom's Guide+2Reddit+2Lifewire+2.

    • Supports Windows 7 (and above), offering clean, efficient protection ideal for “install-and-forget-it” usage.

    • Lacks advanced extras but excels at core antivirus functionality.
    2. Avast Free Antivirus
    • Offers strong malware protection plus extras—Wi‑Fi scanner, password vault, ransomware and phishing defense Tom's Guide+15Lifewire+15Reddit+15.

    • Fully supports Windows 7 as of mid‑2025 and remains relatively user-friendly, though occasional upgrade prompts may annoy users RedditReddit.

    • Slightly heavier on resources compared to Bitdefender.
    3. Avira Free Security
    • Includes real‑time protection, ad and tracker blocking, a built‑in password manager, limited VPN (≈500 MB/month), and system optimizer tools Reddit+2Reddit+2Lifewire+2Comparitech+1thedefendopsdiaries.com+1.

    • Works well on Windows 7 and scores highly in independent testing. A bit more feature-rich than Bitdefender but can have a moderate impact on system performance.
    4. Other Mentions
    • Sophos Home Free (cloud‑managed, web filtering, parental controls) and Kaspersky Security Cloud Free are occasionally cited as Windows 7‑compatible by users, but newest installers may be restricted; compatibility may vary and some regional restrictions apply ComparitechReddit+2thedefendopsdiaries.com+29meters+2.

    • Tools like ClamAV (open‑source) are available on Windows 7 too but serve mainly as on‑demand scanners—not ideal for real‑time protection on personal systems Reddit.
    Quick Comparison Table
Antivirus Windows 7 Support Real‑Time Protection Performance Impact Extras Included
Microsoft Security Essentials ✔️ ✔️ (engine from Defender) Very low Minimal
Bitdefender Free ✔️ ✔️ Very low — fast scans Basic web/anti‑phishing
Avast Free Antivirus ✔️ ✔️ Moderate Password vault, Wi‑Fi scanner, etc.
Avira Free Security ✔️ ✔️ Moderate–higher VPN, password manager, ad/tracker blocker
Sophos Home Free / Kaspersky Free Partial/depends ✔️ Varies Some features; compatibility may vary
ClamAV (manual scan) ✔️ ❌ Low On‑demand only
Recommended Setup for Windows 7 Users in 2025
###✔️ For the most reliable ongoing protection:

    • Use Bitdefender Antivirus Free—best mix of real-time detection, lightweight performance, and low hassle.
###✔️ For extra features (like VPN or password manager):

    • Avira Free Security offers more tools, but expect a slightly heavier footprint.
###✔️ If you want extras like Wi‑Fi inspection or password vault:

    • Avast Free Antivirus is solid—but watch for upgrade ads and possible performance impact.
###✔️ If you prefer built-in, minimal impact:

    • Microsoft Security Essentials still works and updates, but it’s aging and less comprehensive.
    ### For on-demand scanning:

    Final Notes
    • Ensure your Windows 7 system is fully patched (e.g. via Simplix Update) and you're using a secure, updated browser with ad‑blocker (like uBlock Origin) for safer online use Reddit.

    • Be aware that Windows 7 reached its official end of life in January 2020, meaning no more security updates from Microsoft beyond certain backported fixes—adding antivirus helps but doesn’t replace OS-level patching.

    • In summary: for consistent, free antivirus in 2025 on Windows 7, Bitdefender Free is the top recommendation, with Avira and Avast as strong alternatives depending on your needs.
Would you like guidance on downloading/installing any of these on Windows 7 or pairing with a secondary scanner?
