I can't access Rutracker for last 3 days. It shows "Invalid SSL certificate" (Error code 526). It occurs only if I use Ethernet cable. It works fine with Wifi. Weird!
Is it only me, or everybody else?

 

It's working for me right now- from the UK wifi and cable are fine.

If you use Mozilla install the RuTracker addon. I had the same issue for a weak or so, it just stopped to work all of the sudden, but then I saw they made some VPN plugins specifically for that (not sure if its VPN, but my VPN FireFox addon is telling me "service conflict")

 

Mozilla just went batsh!t crazy with all kinds of security protocols. CSP is now mandatory, can't be disabled with configuratiosn, Opaque response blocking is now the new default, CORS is enforced, intermediate certificates missing now no longer be tolerated, returns certificate mismatch error.

It was all fine on v130, a few days ago I updated to 140 and now many sites I regularly visit won't work anymore. CSP is being sorted out, opaque response blocking has been taken care of. Got around CORS too. But this is really very bad.

 

Works fine for me on Firefox and Vivaldi. But Rutracker is known to be spotty sometimes and small downtimes are normal.

Dont use your ISP's DNS.

 

adding the name of the tracker after a search string on DuckDuckGo lets you search without translating and view pages/magnets without logging in to any account. That is a double-edged sword.

 

use setupVPN for chrome and the .org (if I connect as though as if I was connecting from germany it works)

It hasn't been working for me for 2 weeks, it worked for maybe an hour normally and then it doesn't work again.

The same behaviour. Or "Web server is returning an unknown error"...

 

no Cloudflare errors here, instead it has been blocked some days where only Europe VPN location in the free Opera browser VPN has worked.
Or not. Normal VPN works in either instance. Otherwise, it has been a dice roll.

I'm pretty sure they are trying to use some shield against VPN or something like that... Sometimes I need to change location, or depending the days, everything works flawlessly.

 

I'm having the same issues like for some weeks lately. Sometimes the "is website down" sites report that it is indeed down.
But then, even if it's very slow, it kinda works.

I think rutracker has been banned for several countries. I tried some browser-only vpn extensions and finally the DNS-like Cloudfare tool which works pretty well (fuck you Tebas) but still have problems every other day.
