it is doubtful that anyone´s "new" HRTF set or "new" FIR filters will sound better than what existed before during the last 25 years, espeically when they seem to be quite limited compared to the free AKG library from the nineties, which offers various distances and head properties.
(comparing it to the realizer hardware would probably be a bit unfair)

and why would you pay money for "casual listening and education" while the industry pros use the free aalto stuff...

however, many of these products still can have a certain relevance, as they are often part of a bundle of matching plug-ins (panning - effects - downmix, you name it)

I tried a few similar offerings and they all sound different.

then check your headphone and create an eq preset - for free.

Room simulation is big nonsense especially when you can tweak it.

I already have a HP correction profile. I've just started the trial and I am using an EQ plugin before Virtuoso2.
