[SOLVED] Serum 2 Fatal error

    I was using the serum a while ago and I came across this error. Where did I go wrong? serum.png

    Do you have this version: Xfer Records - Serum 2 v2.0.16 [V.R] Rev4 + BONUS VST3|AAX [WIN] [22.03.2025]? It's causing errors.
    Try getting an Xfer Records Serum 2 v2.0.17-bobdule version. or Xfer Records Serum 2 v2.0.20 Revsion-TCD


    Xfer Serum Error code 133780085

    a. not a solution, but a workaround:
    delete the instance of serum 2 then immediately ctrl+z it back and it should be good
    b. I was able to fix this by blocking Ableton Outbound connections in windows firewall
    c. reload plugin and save the preset

    thank you for your answer. There is no such thing as Xfer Records Serum 2 v2.0.17-bobdule version. I can't find 2.0.17. There is only 2.0.16
