anyone getting "connection timed out" error 522 when trying to visit rutr***

    Hello, I can't access rutr***.net, 9 times out of 10 I am getting this error

    tried with or without a vpn
    with or without dns change
    on macos and windows

    Here in Germany, it works without any problems. Try turning the VPN on or off!

    The .net address returns the same error page you posted, but the .org address works flawlessly.
