S1 All Vst's Thumbnails gone and I can't get them back

    Hello Guys

    Trying to get back to making some music I was working with studio one v 7.2 and all was fine, suddenly all the thumbnails to the VST's are gone and when I try using Update Thumbnail, nothing happens.
    any Idea how I can fix this?
    any help is much appreciated

    Note I tried Gemini it advised on
    1 - Reset the Plugin Blacklist
    2 - Manually Delete the Plugin Cache Files (More Aggressive Scan)

    did both but it did not fix the problem
