Pro Tools Express + iLok Error

    Hello, I have Pro Tools Express and iLok. All activated on Avid account and on iLok.com, Avid iLok License Manager is installed, everything is active the computer see iLok but the program still will not work. Please help me.

    1. You use protools
    2. You use ilok

    Pro Tools Express is there Free Giveaway version ment for older Computers
    if your running win 7 and up?? there is your problem

    it was only included with bundle audio devices and its 16 track Marketing Scam to get you to upgrade to protools 8 -9- 10 -11
    Break out the Wallet cause that's trash Sorry Guy

    PS Sorry But as Stated above ! those are 2 offensive Words Protools and Ilok

    Did you do anything in particular before this happened?

    Possible fixes:

    - Rename the drive (It could cause issues with loading saved projects or Kontakt libs or whatever though 'cause you'll be essentially changing the paths [and would have to re-point to everything working that way])
    - Re-install the program
    - Back-up and format the drive
    - The description is retarded 'cause NTFS allows up to 32 characters for names but maybe it has to do with the software (like it has issues with anything more than 11 characters anyway, for some weird reason)

    It does say though that this should only affect the drive(s) which contains authorised plug-ins so I assume it just checked all your drives and saw one or some that have big names and "worries" there may be authorised files on them that could get corrupted.

    The reason is probably bad programming... (aka The joys of DRM)
