For 4 euros can you download unlimited amount of data per day (week or month)?
Whenever I have checked, even the expensive RG and KF premium accounts, always had a limitation which erases the benefit over slow free access. What do you win over a 100kb/s connection if you can't download a huge (multi 10s of GB) library in a short period?

the service isn't perfect, RG has just come back up after being down for a couple days, but I have downloaded multiple TB's of sound/instrument libraries over the last month for less than $4 with alldebrid. Previously I used free links for around 5 years, and having finally tried it out for myself, I'm not going back to captchas/coordinating links/cooldowns etc. I'm also not keeping a perpetual subscription though, and your mileage may vary, but it would've taken me 6-12 months, endless captchas, and much more work to do what I did much more conveniently in under 1 month. Easily worth $4 imo

 

this is all correct but doesn't fix the problem that Debrid services don*t work anymore with katfile. So either you pay your 4 Euros for a Debrid account and - if you still want use katfile - additionally the monthly fee for katfile (don't know how much is, 10-15 Euro / month ?) or you simply forget katfile.

I have the same problem. It was working yesterday, after the OP, but not anymore. I cant register because I get "wrong captcha" everytime although I entered the right thing. Probably because I'm blocking trackers.

 

I have an Alldebrid Account (4 € per month ) and i use Mpony as my Downloadprogram ( similat to Jdownloader ). Normally i click a Peeplink and then copy the Rg or Katfile link to Mpony. Since a few days Katfile isn`t working anymore, Rg is fine. Went to the Alldebrid Site, Katfile as Hoster is marked "red", so not available

The only problem I found is that Im using a VPN and used to change my location (therefore my IP) to reset the waiting time (usually 2 hours), now i cant do that. I assume that now is reseting with your account and not your IP. Thats a pain in the ass. Are you having the same issue?

if this is there new policy, it is not a great free host anymore.
but i think that the affiliate posters have a different opinion about that.

 

People become accustomed to something behaving and/or responding in a certain way. When it ceases doing this, I believe it is perfectly normal and natural to ask why it has changed without any proper notice.
There are enough hoops and validations for any free user to jump through as it is. I agree that they really do not need any more.

 

I actually sent one of the main samples uploaders on AZ a pm about this about 2 weeks ago. I had not changed any browser settings in Opera, but all their KF links were generating BS links that would open a second page and not let you download anything. It was like the old fake sites in the 90s/early 2000s that were of the "click 10 banners" variety. It was obvious they were doing some changes to hit users with spam by not getting ad blocked. Maybe they roll back these changes like eLon's bot and say they are just testing, but they are still testing things with expectations to re-enable the changes later on.

I reinstalled Ublock Origin in Opera, and it was back to normal. The only change was that their 30 second wait time countdown now goes to 0 almost immediately now. This registration page change is another easy fix. But it seems like the writing is on the wall for KF, because these kinds of changes are a quiet announcement they are trying to increase revenue from free users since they probably cannot just rapidly change what their premium users are charged. More debrid users leeching more data at higher speeds costs them more money to support, because they do not make anything from debrid users.

This is when you see some of these "hosting companies" just shut down, and people with months of subscription pre-paid and uploaders owed money get shorted. tl;dr version: I bet they are gone in 6 months or less.

 

to all uploaders - stop uploading to katfile, look for another hoster without the need to create an account and should be Debrids compatible.

I see ppl using filespayouts (which is a great alternative) and other services only on the "archives" session? while "fresh releases" that is what really matter are always the rapidgator and katfile links :c

 

I am using Katfile with real-debrid, and before this change I never had problems. Now, after logging into my KF account (no premium of course), only very few katfile links are working, the majority is not. Meaning: they are not appearing as workable links in the real-debrid firefox app (I have the latest version) and if you copy these links into RDs internal link-generator they are marked as "file unavailable".
Anyone having the same experience (and maybe has a solution for that)?
