I Have Big Problem,
When I Start Work With Cubase7 Or Fl Studio11 My Computer System ...HANG...
And I Must Restart The System And My Project Deleted...
Most of The Time When I Use The Kontakt 5 This Happened
So I Dont konw What is the Problem...
I Hope You Are Help Me
My System INFO Is
Windows 7 64bit
Pentium(R) Dual Core
CPU E5300 2.60GHz
RAM 4 GB
AMD RADEON HD 6500 Series

 

Hey Vang, another member recently had the same problem also, try this:

Backup & Delete the following files from this folder
C:\Users\your.user.name\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\Db
Factory.kdb.cache
kontaktdb2
kontaktdb2Lock

and make sure kontakt & all music programs are closed. then after deleting the files launch Kontakt & update your database

I believe this is your problem

 

Re-install DAW? Faulty and/or incorrect plugin(s)? Incorrect plugin folder location? Add more RAM?

Why do you write in caps on first letter of every word?

 

honestly with 4 gb u can t expect to go far with demanding software,i d invest in some more ram,and a quad core processor would help as well

 

I'm still running 2gb and need to upgrade to 4gb, but my asus only allows 4 gig for 32 bit and max 8gb for 64 bit

 

Thanks for the advice. I do not have exactly the same problem as the person that started the topic but my Kontakt does act out from time to time.
