Last one today. I first heard this on the Max Headroom show in '85. I still play it regularly. Turn it up and do some Skanking!

Great album. That and 'Ahead Rings Out' are played on a regular basis in my house.

Heavy Jelly - I Keep Singing That Same Old Song (1968)
I still love this 8 minute track. I discovered the band on an old rock compilation album in the early 70's called Nice Enough To Eat.

Wildflower by the O'Jays. You know Eddie LaVert is still performing at the age of 83. All this boys are up there now. I heard a rumor that Eddie LaVert collapsed on stage recently. He & his family are once again in my prayers. This man gave us two great singing gentlemen who have both passed. And no Mother or Father should ever have to bare the loss of a child.

I love Copeland's Rumblefish soundtrack. Here's the main theme, with vocals by Stan Ridgway:

Story has it that Copeland accidentally erased part of the multitrack for this song the day it was due to be delivered to Francis Ford Coppola. Fortunately, he'd made a rough mix to cassette, which was the one above that appeared on the final OST.
    Great movie too.

Another great theme song with Ridgway's distinctive vocals was the main theme for the movie Slam Dance:

Right, this has inspired me to have a Wall Of Voodoo afternoon.
