I've always been a fan of colourful covers.







The AC/DC cover was actually completely black and you had to look carefully to be able see these letters. And yes - I love Pink Floyd's "The Dark Side Of The Moon", too. I just remembered it. Spectacular cover and album, too.

why is it so hard to post pictures here? it used to be just . That doesn't work. IMG has to be in small letters?! since when? When I was writing HTML webpages, HTML commands were in capital letters. otg... It took me 17 minutes to figure it out. I write bbcode once in 3 months.

Pretty bad on a screen. The actual LP¨cover is printed in magenta on black. So the cover is black, but the picture is visible because ink makes it a bit shiny while the original black isnt.

The hardcore punk band Flyblöwn did something similar, but the picture was even more difficult to see (I had the records for one month before noticing there was something in the black. (a tree)

 

Makes me think of this one. If you've never seen the original that's actually two superimposed images, one a transparency window on the actual cover and the other one printed on the sleeve behind it. Coolness. Somewhere I have a CD where they accurately reproduced it by printing on the plastic itself.
