I use 'Lists' on Twitter and Bluesky to read the stuff/people I care about and only those. I don't bother with feeds or comments anymore, it's completely hopeless.

My tech friends are all on the fediverse (Mastodon & Lemmy = Twitter & Reddit for nerds), which are nice little safe spaces, free of dreck - for now.

YouTube too has become almost insufferable outside of the 'Subscriptions' page.

i have nothing against elon musk but i think he destroyed twitter. i was on twitter for many years then he bought it fired off people made his changes and made it worse then it was..
