Add Randomization to a Kontakt Library?

    Hi, is it possible to add a randomization engine / dice button to a commercial Kontakt library? One that already has a nicnt? Using scripting?

    There are many great libraries that have full or partial randomization, some just have randomization of samples or randomization of fx, some have no randomization.

    I feel like its possible, ive asked chatgpt, and it gave me mixed messages. has anyone done something like this? customized a commercial library? any help or insight greatly appreciated!

    These are supposed to be the main Kontakt 8 new features.
    They've been here for a while in pure script form (KSP). Now some of them have some kind of UI. Don't use v8 yet so can't give you more info.

    If you're using a cracked version of Kontakt, you should be able to access the script editor for any Kontakt library - commercial, locked or otherwise.

    Could try lifting & adapting scripts from libraries that already do this (Studio Drummer?). Or learn KSP or ask on VI-Control.
