The weather in Europe right now!?!

Been like midsummer here in Scandinavian since about 3 - 4 weeks now. Im outdoor all day making improvements on my house, nurse the garden etc etc, and find it really hard to be indoor under these coditions!

What about you and the weather where you live ..... same situation??

Hey it's good to stay outside as long as you can,
enjoy it and grasp some inspirations! What you describe is more a
tendency that concerns people living in cold countries, because sun
and natural warmth are so spare…

Some people are more creative, productive when the weather is good,
others right the opposite way. Everything comes at the right time,
just capture the moments with their opportunities.

BTW: Why no Scandinavian Football Team hasn't made it to FIFA 2014??

 

Here in southern europe was like full summer in the last week, I can't even sleep, too hot in my house!
Now it's 2 days it's raining a lot, temperature dropped of like 10°

Freaking hot days here in France,
Suddenly ~ until 34ºc in the east-north part, so hot that i sleep on a mattress in the basement to get some fresh air... but sun helps to motivate, smile and meet more people although i prefer more average temperatures than so extreme and brutal changes...

Isn't halfway June a day that is deep into the summer and so supposed to be sunny and warm?

Here in the Netherlands I'm expecting nothing but rain starting from August, so it better be sunny now .

 

(UK) I've been down my allotment the last few days tending to my crops, picking (and eating) lots of strawberries, and building my new shed
the strawbs are a couple of weeks early this year

Although a bit on the cool and cloudy side yesterday, still managed to have yet another bbq yesterday evening (with beers) in the garden

 

Where in Denmark are you? That picture is heavenly. I stayed in Copenhagen for a little over a week a few years ago, ever since I've dreamed of going back everyday, during the summer months of course, haha.

 

If you have lived in Copenhagen you´ll know that this picture isnt really from there - you might go to the west and slightly up the main country!

 

Yeah, I'm going to explore more of Denmark the next time I go there, maybe Aalborg and Aarhus. I felt more at home in Copenhagen/Denmark than I ever have in my home city (Los Angeles).

 

Been bloody AMAZING here in the middle bit of England for the last 3 weeks.

I LOVE it when all the birds come back after a long grey winter. The trees all vibrant green, flowers, bird song. Ladies in "almost" clothes!

Last couple of days we`ve had some thunder storms, but then they also hold a beauty all of their own. Well, as long as you can view them from inside that is. Plus, they just make everything that much more ALIVE after the rain has revitalised.

Looking forwards to a couple of cloudless nights so I can sit out in the back garden with Stellarium.

Ahhhhhhhh summer.
