Hello Everyone! I logged into my Line 6 Customtone account after a long time and proceeded to download a preset for Helix Native but was hot with a "valid product registration required" prompt. Now, this prompt used to turn up when trying to download the preset from the search list, but would not come up when downloading from within the preset's description page. Is there any workaround found for this issue or do we really need a valid product registration now?
