Yes i did one, im working, i will check it out, do you think 1080p is enough cus vids are a bit blurry but they save space on my comp which is why i use it, there is 2k 4k etc ofc i have a lot of space, but regarding uploading to youtube would u recommend what? Im not re uploading anything but if there is a better option i will have that setting on future vids, i use FInal Cut Pro

If you upload in 4K, you get a different codec (VP9), which is sharper. I would generally focus more on your audio quality. Many users have mobile devices, and the larger a video is, the worse the loading times. Just leave it as is. If a user can't read that, they can notify you, and you can upload the video elsewhere.

Yeah well if it happens it happens ;d i figure its interesting to see the productions. Its basically tutorials which is better IMO than a lot of other youtube wannabes doing crappy tutorials and all they can say is sidechain the kick and mix in -6db which is all relative, i cant believe this one dude has 200k followers and he SUCKS just weird how internet works, i dont expect any big followings but i have to share it if i wanna get noticed just how it is

    Quality over quantity!!!
It's rather amazing how people function or don't function. Human behavior is like the weather, hard to predict!
Compared to the time I've invested, my fan base is very small!

Well it can grow faster when you have more fans, it all depends on the content, i think it's good content.

Yes, that's right. Back when you started, around 2011/2012, the competition wasn't as huge as it is today, and not all countries had widespread internet back then. You're celebrating day 1 today!!! All beginnings are difficult. I'm curious to see where you'll be in a few years.

Yeah that's true. Today it's a jungle, and im not the boasting type, i will just keep making music and uploading it. I did this thread and some other one because i needed feedback, up until then i hadn't shared my music with anyone except my brother.

I feel comfortable with creating content and having an online profile now, i didn't before, guess we will see, there is a production music live series about promoting and seeking labels and doing all kinds of stuff to get an profile, i have it, but as all tutorials i never watch them :D but this perticular series could be informative. I'd rather make music but i will give it a go sometime, they are very famous and relatively good producers. I find their templates just harsh and serum serum and it's like, boring. Anyway we will see what the future brings today is a music day.

Guys, since its just the 2 of you, most of this what seems like a personal conversation can be done via PM instead of constantly bumping the thread to the top of the feeds. Please and TY

There is actually more ppl involved and i use this thread to share my music for feedback, now yes there has been just us for a bit.
But i don't think we need to make it private since its information for other producers as well.
That is useful but if you say so. I'll stick to just sharing music then and for feedback which is the point of the forum we are in.

No trouble from me. I hear you.

I like the We are back-track a little better, but to me it lacks punch, mix wise. The last one, you probably like this Braaam base sound (it's everywhere, lol). But musically it's also kinda numbing, making stuff monotonous, less eventful.
But, in Square UP!, I DO like the break and build up @ 4"13. The claps are a nice counterpoint to the low stuff.

Your songs are good, but something is happening. Your songs are becoming repetitive. I mean, if you cut a piece of one of your songs and put it into another song, you don't feel like the flow of the song has changed. The frequency space of your song is so full that there is no room to focus on different parts of the song. Like a horse that is constantly galloping. The concept arises and develops in peace. There is almost no peace in your song and it is as if you are insinuating to the listener that you are the absolute superior and you have oppressed him and he cannot do anything. If the listener objects, he will be eternally cursed and will be subject to your unforgiveness. In short, you created a terrifying atmosphere.

That's an interesting take, but i do know what you mean, it doesn't have enough variation and thus should be 4 min instead of 8, i need to combine a track that feels like two there is a call and answer in the song not just the sounds. I will focus on this from now on, because im feeling it too. Sure it works but its like you said full throttle all the way.

    Thanks for your advice

Of the last 3 tracks, we are back is my favourite. Il like the kinda industrial feel. But there are good parts in all three.
Maybe could you start a project, like an EP or short album with a concept (can be loose) and a narrative, and focus on it as a whole. I agree that there's something repetitive in your work, and composing for a bigger project could help, either to avoid it or to embrace it by making it meaningful. (Dont know if I'm being clear)

Glad you like it, yeah that's not an bad idea i made 50 ish tracks and divided the best ones into a 3 part album, no concept just darker minimal style, putting thoughts into the work and trying to find a theme and put into music is what artists do, so i feel like i got the mixing skills and beatmaking etc pretty well, it can still improve. One problem is that i work so fast, i did the We are back today and then another one Feeling In your head, in 8 hrs, so im skipping stuff, which is why my music feels repetetive, rushed almost. But it's better to finish music even if it isnt the best, its a steep learning curve, but you have a good idea and i'll def do it when i am ready. I need to study more i feel like, when i produce i just go i use the first preset fiddle a bit, process and next. Same with samples but a bit more selective. But if i spent some time with presets and samples and harmonizing i think i can make something, just gotta put in the work :)

Thnx for your advice, an EP is a good starting point.
