I REALLY hope this isn't against the rules...

Basically, I have the complete collection of Maschine Expansions with the installers but there is a couple issues:

- Installers are outdated so they fail to install files in the correct locatios and you have to move them one by one

- Installing expansions one by one takes forever

So my idea is to collab with a programmer or something to make a bundle installer and make it work even with the actual Native Access (yes, i know how to do it).

 

it's not against the rules to ask your question. it is just information. But, there are "Scene rules" about "user-created mega-bundles" almost anywhere you would try to upload that to. Especially when expansions continue to be released for the device. It never hurts to check first, but with this I would make sure to. hth

btw, I just recently asked this same question about all the generally available Virus TI banks. same answer, and those are small-as-can-be files.

Self made bundles are not usually accepted.

You would want to discuss with a Release Group who typically handle Sample Library sorts of materials. That way, you could arrange to supply any materials they may wish to release. That may be many of them, or just the unreleased ones.

who need a 121Go installer outdated few months later?

 

I have a folder with all my Maschine expansions. I just installed Maschine 3 and I want to add them. I pointed to this folder in Maschine user prefs , but they won't show up. Do I need to install using installers or is there another way to get them in Maschine ? Thanks

 

it is not working like this, it need one regedit key by product. as this one.

That would be really great if ever it would come into existence. Ive been a maschine user since 2011 when i first was introduced through my purchase of a mikro. Ive kept every expansion pack install file purchased or recived with a maschine for the last 14 years. plus every pirated expansion althought after 5 maschines i pretty much acquired all leghal expansions without even trying really lol. twice i bought maschines during holiday deals and one of those came with literally 20 expansions. But I miss the pre native access days. i fkn hate native access bullshit. As tedious as it is I much rather go through installing each expansion the old way than deal with native access boggy bullshit. it literally ONLY serves 1 single purpose in the real world: to complicate everything. i recently finally upgraded to maschine 3 from maschine studio (last maschine i purchased) and installing everything on a new pc and ran into annoying problems similar to as you explained

 

in my experience you can just drop all the files in the proper spot and edit the registry in some form or another weather mac, pc or maschine plus, and yes i manually copied and pated all the tables myself....took hours
