If I'm looking for a full suite of articulations, my go-to for years has been the Spitfire Chamber Strings. Otherwise, I go with Afflatus Strings.

 

Tremolo is the one articulation I'd say that pretty much any library does fine. I've never heard a tremolo patch and went wow, that's bad. I'd say just pick one.

But if you want a specific recommendation anyway, then LASS.

 

or more general purpose, Soundtoys Tremolator.
