    Hello Logic Pro Addicts,

You guys will love these Logic Pro X scripts. Very useful and will make your life easier. Check it out.

    Scripts are found here:
Looking for feedback/folks to test this/report bugs. Instruction on github: https://github.com/santismo/Logic-Pro-11-Chord-time-detect-Automation/blob/main/READMEE.md

    "Full workflow

Play or record your MIDI track with the Scripter plugin active.

Open the Scripter Console (click the little “Trace” icon in the plugin).

When you’re done, click inside that console window, select chord and time output, the ⌘C (Copy).

Switch back to the Arrange window.

    Press ⌃⌥⌘Space.

The shortcut will parse each “bar:beat:tick, chordName” line, Jump to that position (z → paste → Return), Create a marker (⌃⌥M), Press = to rename, Type the chord name and hit Return. And you’re done—Logic Pro will place global markers at every detected chord, named accordingly"

I don't know why I can't embed the YouTube short cut video so here's the link

I don't know the guys but I think he deserves and follow and he's looking for feedback.

    It's Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    Enjoy

The technical aspects of this are well done. But what purpose of creating new markers aligned with the midi note events for just chords is there? Where do you find this a useful option in your workflow...

For me, I create music by listening and don’t have an idea of what chords I’m playing. In Logic, the chord track is essential for session player tracks.

This script here serves me in two ways; learning and don’t have to do the routing from instrument track to the chord track(if you use logic, you probably know what I’m talking about)
