You can barely see it, other than keys at the bottom. I think it is probably some kind of synth plugin, because his left hand is on his keyboard controller playing it. Some effects plugins do let you midi learn parameters, so not to say it's impossible. But synth plugin is my guess.

im almost positive it is. Its honestly a great plugin. IDK why they pulled it from their catalog. Its nothing crazy, and it takes up a fair amount of space, but its great for lofi and hip hop.

What I’m about to say will probably get wiped by the mods, but idc, you don’t know what you’ve touched. I can’t just sit here and watch you slide into this. That plugin? It looks like a plugin. It works like one. But it’s not. For years, people have chatted about it on and off forums, always the same one, always showing up in the hands of artists who burned out fast and came back... different. Crazy successful people in the biz. I thought it was some sort of rumour until I actually got access to it once. Not my machine. Doesn’t matter. What it did wasn’t normal.
It didn’t enhance sound, it fed. On me. It talked to me. And once it's in, it doesn't leave. It knows your thoughts. It wants something.

So I’m telling you this as a warning: walk away. Don't believe in anyone.
