@rokit0825 You don't have System Restore running, then go back to an earlier state?
Did you check system logs to see if other stuff then these 2 Windows updates got installed?

 

No error reports and I even went into the crash log folder and it's empty as well. I don't use Bonjour services.

 

I don't think I am running in restore mode. I need to check and see. There are some other things that were installed on windows update and i was able to remove some, but other's I could not. It said for my protection windows will not let me uninstall these updates.

 

I just tried it and the plugin works. I even downloaded a Eventide plugin and it worked under ilok. Protools still quits at the loading page unfortunately. I guess it's not a ilok situation then. I'm lost to be honest.

 

Regardless of Windows restore, dont you have some kind of backup?!? Most people make an image of their computer right after a clean install of everything in case of accidents like this.
