Is this a new plugin they’re releasing or is this like a lite version of a more premium product?

 

new. and not 'lite'.

 

great plugin. simple and fun. wide range of sonic possibilities, and free! still requires ilok.

 

So it's a more advansed and tweaked Black Hole algorithm! NOICE!

 

if future pricing follows past pricing models, you'll get a discount on bundles just by owning this free plugin

 

There could also be a more fully featured version of the plugin coming. like they did with little plate.

Not this time it seems, all my lite plugin promo licenses have "Little: in their name. (Little PrimalTap, Little AlterBoy, Little Plate)
But other promos PhaseMistress, Sie-Q, Tremolator are just full featured versions.

 

Oh no... "An internet connection is required at the time of activation." I don't let WINE Windows on the Internet. I'll pass and to tell the truth, between Valhallas, Eventide, Relab, Lexicon and TC I absolutely have no need for another reverb.

iLok is not mentioned, but required. i personally dont like iLok, so i uninstalled it promtly after realizing this

 

And it's version 5.5 with resizeable UI. I am pretty sure next SoundToys bundle update v5.5 will finally have the option to resize all plugins.

Geez, I hope so, not having resizing options in 2025 is ridiculous.
