    Hi there,

I just saw a video talking about the FKJ Sound and I wonder how we can do that in Reaper ?

It seems to be simple but I'm not really into triggering all the buttons.. I'm sure some of you know how to do that !

And is there any plugin to pitch bend simply ? (I'm a guitarits, so like a real bend)
    Thanks guys !

If you are just looking to PitchBend, you can just automate the pitch of the note, the parameter of the note can be mapped onto a knob on the keyboard you are using, and you can do it manually, this is closest to a guitar bend. (you will need to map the parameter so that the max bend is 1 whole note ideally) or just add a filter and automate the bend like he's doing. ChatGPT says you can do this on Reaper by - Click the "Trim/Automation" button on a track. Or, use the keyboard shortcut "V" to view the volume lane. To see other automation lanes, go to the "Track Envelopes/Automation" menu and select the desired parameter (in your case, it's the pitch of the note).

(hope this helps, I am an Ableton user.)

If you're using Reaper's own ReaSample or some other simple instrument-sampler, then those will usually obey the "pitch" automation in the MIDI editor. Just set the pitch bend maximum in ReaSample to whatever range you need and draw in the pitch lane.

You mean the "tutorial" or the original music vid? I mean, it is pitch modulation. Maybe some subtle cutoff and amplitude mod too.
Anyway, I don't know of an easy way to do this in Reaper. There is 10+ years old Zenvelope ext which was restyled in recent years, if you want to take a look - https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=276121
Never tried it, so I really can’t say if it does what I think it’s supposed to do.

My advice here would be to use the synth/sampler’s own modulation. You get way more control over envelope(s), it’s super playable and it's DAW independent. Here is a super quick, two click setup in serum - LFO1 as an envelope assigned to coarse pitch (sound's not the point)

If this is the piano drop you're refering to ofc
