Does anyone know how I can master my beats similar to this with Ozone?

I think you just need a Clipper , Limiter and maybe an Eq .
    I think this beat isn't "Mastered" .
It's just like make it loud and a bit clippy with full hate on the kick and 808 .
You can of course do this with ozone .
Maybe try some parallel compression on the master Bus .

The original producer said he uses Ozone and soft clipper on the master, and a problem I have is my master is muddy and distorted no matter what I try.

Your mix is muddy then. Ozone is not causing that. It's probably just making the issues with your mix more obvious to you.

I think you need to understand how a compressor works, what exactly an eq does and how you can avoid different instruments overlapping in the mix, bass and kick as an example.
If you don't create a halfway decent mix and then just send the master into the clipper until it goes down, it's no wonder that it sounds muddy.

Why don't you upload something of yours, I think that will help you better, best regards
