Btw: you are uninstalling and completely removing all traces of the old plugins when you install the new ones, right? The only time I don't do that is if the installer I'm running is an update-only release. I use Revo Uninstaller to install all plugins and software (except for system-related stuff like drivers etc). It monitors and logs all new files and registry keys that an installer adds, so when I later uninstall a software, every trace of it gets removed. The only exception is if a software has added new files, folders or keys after the installation. This is why Revo recommends to run the installed software once before you stop the monitoring/tracing and save the log file. It's not something that will fix your issue now, but I can recommend using it simply because it saves time (instead of manually looking for and remove leftovers) and can prevent future issues arising from not removing leftovers.

Last time I read about this error, I'm pretty sure someone said the error message was misleading because it was due to files being in use and not memory. IIRC they had to close RivaTuner and MSI AfterBurner (or stop them from launching at start up and reboot)

 

New to win 10 it seems that this problem only appear on some R2R released mostly from 2023
Alot of Nembrini releases from april 2023
And a few other 2023 releases

 

Before downloading anything, disable your Defender, unzip and install it, and use the keygen to register it, then re-enable your Defender. Otherwise, Defender will eat your keygen. Defender tends to detect all keygens as malware, but these are always false positives.

 

On the Sister side there is the following:

Maybe you should uninstall Nembrini completely and try this version

 

It doesnt matter if you disable the defender other had similar problem (i have used a script to delete defender)
The TeamCubeadooby also say out of memory hmm
Anyway i fixed it since i still had win7 installed on my old PC so i took out the harddrive and just copy the important files to my new computer and now everything works again.
As this problem only seems to happen on some releases that R2R released in 2022 and 2023 its not a big problem as i can fix it with a "no install" option

 

i know this is super old but, the solution to this issue is usually turn off msi afterburner.

i have this problem with every vr release. if youre not running msi afterburner or turning it off doesnt work, installing in safemode will.

 

I just turn off defender and become offline when i open a DAW (avoid homecalling, Windows Defeder lags everything up and can cause scanning errors even eith legit things).

No problems here, as well. In fact R2R performs better than legit things here in my experience.

 

this has nothing to do with scanning, avs, daws, or anything like that. this is a windows out of memory error that prevents installation of some software.

if you dont want to spend untold hours of troubleshooting a niche error that only occurs under very very specific circumstances, the easy workaround is to either turn off msi afterburner (if you are using it) or install the software in safe mode.
