Does Pro Tools require internet connection to install and register or can I do it offline?

    I never installed PT before so I dont know if its even possible to do everything offline? :dunno:

    You need to set up an account with Avid which will be linked to your iLok account in which the license will be deposited. Plus you need to download the installer from Avid. Those parts are done online.

    Installing Pro Tools can be done while offline since you just need to run the installer. Pro Tools itself can be run either offline or online, depending on the license type (Intro vs Studio/Ultimate) and method of activation.
