Where exactly is the problem going wrong? Please describe the problem in more detail.

 

I gave up lol. It works perfectly fine with sip disabled.

 

I don't get it to work for Wavelab Pro 12. Am on MBP M1 with SIP enabled and followed all steps without any issues. But when starting Wavelab a popup shows up saying "No valid License found". Steinberg Activation Manager is installed and also MediaBay. When starting Activation Manager it says "Steinberg License Engine not answering". What am I doing wrong?

Same on Cubase 14 - when starting it says "No valid License found"...

I've downloaded this (https://audioz.download/software/26...d-softsynth-plugin-for-montage-m-v202-vr.html) and it works before the patch but says No License found after a few seconds, I then install the patch and now it crashes Logic whenever opened.

I'm on M2 Macbook and have SIP disabled when ive done this.

I'm sure doing what is detailed here may help but Im not sure where to start, are there any videos showing the steps?

Finally Got this working!! Thank you so much for the guide.

Things to keep in mind.
1) When copying commands from text editor, terminal will wrongly put the " " and - - symbols. Once you copy the command, you need to erase these symbols and type it manually in the terminal.

2) Make sure the file path names are correct and they are targeting the correct file.

3) After putting the command
codesign --force --deep --sign "your certificate" /Applications/Cubase\ 14.app
It should say "replacing existing signature. That means this command has worked properly.

there's a typo in the instructions, they used right and left quotation mark ” instead straight double quotation mark "

I have corrected this while executing codesign commands and it is executing properly without any errors

 

Btw do we need to install activation manager from official website? In the instructions it is not mentioned to install it but used commands for activation manager so I have installed it from official website
