Dying of pneumonia is very common when your immune system has been compromised from other factors. Technically Freddie Mercury died of pneumonia. :dunno: I would say while Val did technically die of pneumonia it's really complications from the cancer that he had.

We actually have a cure for cancer, it's just in a beta stage, so give it a couple of years. It's mRNA based. My father has a prostate cancer, 3rd stage... I love that man, so sad he will probably not make it and this new treatment promises a whole different experience and results.

Anyway, so sad for Val. He was a really great actor and I really liked how he impersonated Jim Morrison in "The Doors" but also all of his roles.

    RIP.

If you want to find out the actual scientific evidence of why many cancers, heart disease, and diabetes are on the rise, read the book 'The Invisible Rainbow". Spoiler Alert: it's our electrical field and those who are promising you an 'MRNA cure' know this. There's no money in a non-medicinal cure and that's the basis of what passes for our medical industrial complex. I could go on, but ya know..

Oh yeah, and my fav Val Kilmer role was his character on Felon. Go smoke a joint and watch it if you haven't.

My oncologist told me that I won't die of my disease but will rather die from an infection, most probably pneumonia. He also told me not to read about the side effects that the "medication" "treatment" will rain down on me when it is time to begin, which at this point will be sooner than later, otherwise I might not want to go there at all.

I've heard now for decade upon decade that the cure for cancer is just around the corner which has not in all this time been made manifest. It by now is just a bad joke. Just imagine if you told me that you compound fractured your femur. As your physician I of course would put it in a cast. Then another person comes in with a broken arm and I did the same. A minute later someone else comes in with cracked ribs. Instead of asking why all these people are getting into some accident I just keep treating their symptoms instead of discovering the cause of all these problems causing the pain and suffering. At the end of the day I go outside of my practice to ride home on my own bike and see bicycles everywhere on the ground, broken, with injured and bleeding people in distress as far as my eye could see. Then I notice a crazed maniac brandishing a tire iron running towards me as I pedal faster and faster to get away from him but he is deceptively fast. He catches up to me and puts the tire iron in the spokes of my front wheel and I go crashing down onto the pavement and break my wrist. I walk to the hospital which is just thankfully a block away and have to wait in line in back of hundreds of others. The emergency doctor finally sees me, and instead of asking why I had my obvious accident calls to a nurse and says "We need more bandaids and soft casts, we're really having a busy day". The maniac is still out there doing it's thing and the doctors are treating the symptoms by patching up the victims, it's reign of terror unimpeded. I would called that institutionalized insanity.

The branch of medicine known as Oncology
Is filled with well meaning wealthy people
Who are blind to their own ambitions.

That may be the best thing I have heard in a long time. This is a real win for humanity. Thanks for the information :)

@SineWave Sad for you with your father though :(
