I'm thinking about buying DJ.Studio Pro + Stems on the manufacturer's website and there is a “refer-a-friend program”.

Anyone who has already purchased a license for DJ.Studio can generate a “personal code” in the software, which they can then pass on to other potential buyers. Detailed instructions under the link above.

Can you dj mix realtime with this tool (just like Serator or Traktor) ?
Or is it only for rendering dj mixes ?

 

No, you can't mix realtime.
As the name suggest, its only for Studio use, rendering dj mixes or mashup edits.
