• MIDI file export now includes time-signature and tempo automation, as well as MIDI track automation of channel parameters (including sustain pedal)

  • Projects or user presets saved previously will function as they did previously, with an Update button to switch to the new gain level

Improvements

• Audio systems like Jack and PipeWire now allow defining permanent named busses that appear on the Bitwig Studio node
  • User can route these as desired with patching programs (like qjackctl, Helvum, etc.)
• Various, general modulator improvements:
  • Default (double-click) values more often match the loaded settings
  • Better range and polarity of signal scopes (Audio Sidechain & Envelope Follower; MIDI; ADSR, AHDSR & AHD on Release), and more consistent GUIs in various mono cases
  • Some modulators with panels (like Quantize and Sample and Hold) now have POLY buttons — for toggling the Per-voice setting within the interface
  • Help notes and explanations added for modulators without a POLY button but with a Per-voice toggle in the Inspector Panel
• Control Surface API is now version 21 (adding support for timeline scrolling and zooming, etc.)
